Wndelline Papers Return Policy
Wendelline Papers, Inc. accepts returns on our products up to 14 days from delivery date. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at 1-888-417-0276 or by email leslie@wendellinepapers.com. Customer Service will provide you a return address and return number. Items returned without a return number will not be credited. Items must be in original packaging and have packing slips included for proper credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
Personalized stationery, invitations and announcements cannot be returned for refund.
All product damaged in transit must be handled through carrier -- not Wendelline Papers, Inc. Please contact carrier immediately.
Adjustment must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; Wendelline Papers, Inc. cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.
All shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Clearance, sale or special items cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final.
